OPEN MIND, WISE HEART: MINDFULNESS MEDITATION IN PRACTICE
In this 8 week course we will focus on becoming more aware of the body and more intimate with the processes and patterns of the mind. Course includes weekly guided meditation, CD and handouts to support home practice.
