2018 Spring Program

INSPIRED CREATIVE PRACTICE - with MICHELLE FLOWERS

This class will focus on the creative process rather than the final piece of art. The intention is to use creativity as a tool in our own self-care and to explore our potential for well-being when we are inspired to create without self-critical thought.

No art experience is required. Each class will explore various practices that aim to distract the mind from our busy lives, connecting us with our creative selves and finding inspiration in our own self-expression.

We will use paint, collage, drawing and poetry. This is not a 'how-to' class, but rather an opportunity to explore creativity through our own individual inspired practice.

4 TUESDAYS - April 10, 17, 24, and May 1st
7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Class Fee is $85.00*
